This <a href="http://filelibrary.myaasite.com/Content/10/10872/27161074.jpg">color coded map</a> shows in blue (0 to 5%) and green (5% +) where owners have been experiencing an <u>increase in their property values</u> over the past two years. </div><div align="justify"></div><div align="justify"><br /></div><div align="justify">If you are thinking of purchasing a home in Denver you might want to first consider looking in the areas that have bucked the national and local trend.
